Step 1: Activate Your Card

Most GiftCardMall/MyGift cards come pre-activated. However, some cards may require activation before use. To activate your card:

  • Visit the registration page on our website
  • Enter your 16-digit card number, expiration date, and CVV
  • Follow the prompts to complete activation
Step 2: Register Your Card

Registering your card provides added security and protection. When you register:

  • Your card is linked to your personal information
  • You can check your balance online anytime
  • You may be eligible for a replacement if your card is lost or stolen
  • Online purchases are easier with registered billing information
Step 3: Check Your Balance

Stay on top of your spending by checking your balance regularly:

  • Call the customer service number on the back of your card
Step 4: Make Purchases

Use your card anywhere Visa or Mastercard is accepted:

  • In-Store: Swipe or insert your card and select "Credit"
  • Online: Enter your card number, expiration date, and CVV at checkout
  • Phone: Provide your card details to the merchant
Step 5: Personalize Your PIN

For added security, you can set a Personal Identification Number (PIN):

  • Click on "Personalize PIN" and enter your card details
  • Create a 4-digit PIN of your choice
  • Use your PIN for debit transactions at participating merchants
