How do I register my GiftCardMall/MyGift card?

To register your card, visit the homepage and click on the "Register Card" tab. Enter your 16-digit card number, expiration date (MM/YY), and the 3-digit CVV code from the back of your card. Once submitted, your card will be registered and ready for online and phone purchases.

How can I check my card balance?

You can check your balance anytime by selecting the "Check Balance" tab on our homepage. Enter your card details to view your current available balance and recent transaction history. Alternatively, call the customer service number on the back of your card.

Where can I use my gift card?

Your GiftCardMall/MyGift Visa or Mastercard gift card can be used anywhere Visa or Mastercard debit cards are accepted, including online purchases, in-store transactions, and over the phone.

What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

Contact customer service immediately at 1-888-524-1183 to report your card lost or stolen. If your card was registered, you may be eligible for a replacement card with the remaining balance.

Are there any fees associated with my card?

Your gift card may have a monthly maintenance fee that begins after 12 months of inactivity. Please refer to the Cardholder Agreement that came with your card for specific fee information.

When does my card expire?

The expiration date is printed on the front of your card. After the expiration date, the card cannot be used for purchases, but you may request a replacement card by contacting customer service before expiration to transfer any remaining balance.

Can I use my card for online purchases?

Yes, you can use your card for online purchases. For best results, make sure your card is registered with your billing address, as many online merchants require address verification.

What if my transaction is declined?

If your transaction is declined, first check that you have sufficient funds for the purchase. Some merchants may place a hold for an amount greater than the purchase price. You can also try using the card for a smaller amount.

How do I dispute a transaction on my card?

If you notice an unauthorized or incorrect transaction, visit the "Track Disputes" tab on our homepage or contact customer service. You will need your dispute case number, the last 4 digits of your card, and the registered ZIP code to track your dispute status online.
